6. Apostle (2018)

Gareth Evans has been pretty quiet since immediately establishing himself as one of the best action directors of his generation with the first two Raid movies, but now he's back with his first big American film, Apostle.

Dan Stevens stars as a man attempting to rescue his sister from a religious cult, headed up by an as-of-yet-unnamed character played by Michael Sheen. The fact that it's coming straight to Netflix might be a little bit worrying considering the company's track record so far this year, but Evans has more than deserved the benefit of the doubt.
