2. Yoga Hosers
Due to premiere at Sundance in January 2016, the bizarrely-titled Yoga Hosers is Kevin Smiths third horror movie in a row (following Red State and Tusk) and if its as good as its predecessors itll be something of a milestone for Smith, who usually cant go more than 2 or 3 years without making a Jersey Girl or Cop Out. The 2nd part of Smiths proposed True North Trilogy, Yoga Hosers brings back most of Tusks cast but, confusingly, only Johnny Depp appears to be playing the same character. His real-life daughter plays a teen who, together with Smiths real-life daughter, encounters an ancient evil in Manitoba, Canada. Smith describes the movie as Clueless meets Gremlins, but given that the cast also includes Stan Lee and Jason Mewes, it sounds more like Mallrats meet Tusk.
