14. Korath The Pursuer (Marvel Cinematic Universe)
Korath is a fairly little-known character in Marvel comics, but the exciting thing about him in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy movie is the man who will portray him. That man is the excellent and supremely talented Djimon Hounsou, who had previously been touted for other roles in the Marvel Cinematic Universe such as Black Panther. He is a Kree agent and will be an ally of Thanos in the movie. Korath is cybernetically enhanced and wears an armoured battle-suit and helmet composed of unknown alien materials. He can fly, has superhuman strength, stamina and durability, is an expert in cyber-genetic engineering and is a very capable combatant. As a relatively minor character, it will be interesting to see what role he has to play in the movie, because it's very hard to believe that an actor as talented as Djimon Hounsou will be wasted in a minor role.
