9. Soul

Release: June 19th, 2020.

These days, it's incredibly impressive when anyone manages to keep ANYTHING in movies secret, so Pixar managing to keep an entire film secret up until a year before it releases is nothing short of amazing.

The animation giants had revealed that they were intending to focus on original stories for a little while, which is the thinking behind 2020's other movie Onward. And on top of that, we've also got Soul coming, which automatically goes into the Most Exciting bracket because it's a Pixar and it's being made by Pete Docter.

All that's been revealed so far other than its title and logo is the brief description that came with the official announcement:

"One year from today, Pixar Animation Studios will take you on a journey from the streets of New York City to the cosmic realms to discover the answers to life’s most important questions."

Expect to cry. It's just safer that way.
