An adaptation of Nicole Krauss' novel of the same name. Or, going further, a novel of the same name within a novel of the same name. The book, and the film, tells the story of The History Of Love, but alsoW its author and the love he lost, and a young-girl trying to find a cure for her mother's loneliness. It'll be an interwoven story that spans across various points in time, with Gemma Arterton and Derek Jacobi in the lead roles. Gould, meanwhile, will be playing Bruno, a close friend of the book's author in old-age (Jacobi). It has been written and directed by Radu Mihaileanu (The Concert, The Source). Release Date: TBC
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
