9. The Zit Scene (Osmosis Jones)
Osmosis Jones is an unusual, unique live-action/animated comedy film in the sense that the animated characters are inside the live-action ones. It is set in a fictionalized version of the human body which resembles a large city, where micro-organisms or any being based in organisms are anthropomorphic and centres on Frank Detorre, a slovenly zookeeper. In this scene, Frank approaches his daughter's teacher to discuss his daughter. Meanwhile inside the big zit on his forehead, the animated characters are waging war on each other. When one of them fires a grenade of medication towards a viral character, the zit explodes on the outside - with some of the pus landing on the teacher's lip.
