Infuriating and embarrassing.
Avengers: Infinity War is almost here, and it is of course the culmination of eighteen prior movies, which with their awesome displays of spectacular, action-packed heroism, winning humour and delightful weirdness have charmed audiences the world over. However, it's not all good. In fact, sometimes the MCU gives in to its lesser instincts and allows some extremely questionable moments on the big screen, from eye-rolling attempts at comic relief, to shockingly ropey visual effects, tonally misjudged moments, gross product placement and everything in-between.
No movie is perfect, and to that end, we've cherry-picked a single bad scene from each MCU movie released so far, exemplifying the franchise at its most cynical, thoughtless and stupid. These scenes typically don't sink their respective movies - obviously - but each film would be much better without them, that's for sure...
