7. Woody Doesn't Look So Good...

Pixar are renowned for their storytelling, and ability to make grown adults cry their eyes out over animated action figures. But those things would never work without the sumptuous computer animation that puts those tear-jerking stories across in the first place. Back in the day the studio was unique for its ability to make smooth, clear, and good-looking CGI. When the finished product appears on the big screen, it's a feast for the eyes. Before they get to that point, however, there's a lot of far less impressive visuals to suffer through. The worlds Pixar craft are magical. But stripped of all the magic, it's a slightly underwhelming bunch of LEGO blocks sauntering around, in a world of primary-coloured blocks.
