20 Behind-The-Scenes Shots That Make Films Look Stupid

6. The Not-So-Teenage, Not-So-Ninja, Not-So-Mutant, Not-So-Turtles

Many were anxious at the thought of a Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film. After all, the director had already trampled over many a precious childhood memory with racist, sexist hobnailed boots with the Transformers franchise. Whose to say Megan Fox wouldn't get a similar treatment here, with the turtles turned into borderline sociopathic monsters? Thankfully that wasn't the case with the finished product for the most part, but the first production stills released from the filming of 2014's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles didn't exactly allay those fears in the meantime. Seeing the turtles played by a quartet of guys in grey overalls with pop-ups tents strapped to their backs didn't exactly square well with the old live-action films.
