20 Horror Films That Will Chill You To The Bone In 2015

7. Knock Knock

Eschewing the blood and gore of his previous films, such as Hostel and The Green Inferno, Eli Roth moves into psychological terror with Knock Knock, a tale of a father (Keanu Reeves) who lets two nubile and willing ladies - Lorenza Izzo and Ana de Armas - into his house one rainy night when the wife and kids are away. He soon finds that his guests are unwilling to leave and have devious plans of their own. Roth fans don't have to worry though; even with no gore, the filmmaker's combo of horror and humour seems to remain, as well as his inability to say no to gleefully going over-the-top, especially with Reeves. Having a threesome is the classic male fantasy, but over the years pop culture has shown the oh-so-many ways that it can wind up being a disaster; it seems that this film provides yet another example. But rather than being a drama about hurt feelings, it appears this one is a full-blown horror spectacle.
