10. "I Only Work In Black And Sometimes Very, Very Dark Grey." - The Lego Movie
Easily the most widely-praised aspect of The Lego Movie is Will Arnett's portrayal of Batman, sending up everything from The Dark Knight's infamous gravely voice in the Christopher Nolan movies to his grimdark back story and status as a tortured soul. Though almost any line that comes out of Bats' mouth in this movie could make this list, the above quote perfectly summarises the movie's ribbing of Batman's relentlessly downcast demeanour. With Arnett's superb vocal performance as the character, Lego Batman here is a hilariously obnoxious, egotistical maniac who even wrote his own song for Wyldstyle (Elizabeth Banks) entitled "Darkness, No Parents."
