11. The Sinister Six Emerge (The Sinister Six)

We now know that there is going to be a Sinister Six movie and, when the sextet step out as a group for the first time, it will truly be a defining moment - not only in that movie, but in the history of comic book movies. Never have we truly seen a super-villain team formed in the same manner as the Avengers were formed (we've seen the Brotherhood of Mutants, but they were essentially just a species with a specific aim, rather than a custom-built team) and it will be very interesting to see if it works. Spider-Man movies have suffered from villain overkill with far less than six on screen at the same time. Look at Spider-Man 3 - Venom, Sandman and, for a time, the New Goblin were too much in one movie. However, if we get the origins of each Sinister Six member explained and portrayed before the group's titular film, it may work out - but we won't know until we see them all together.
