15. Cate Blanchett's Costume Hampered Her Performance
As the main antagonist, Hela may not be at the top of the MCU villains list but Cate Blanchett was still massively entertaining in the role. The Blue Jasmine star's portrayal of the Goddess of Death was captivating and easily multiple steps above the likes of Malekith and Laufey.
While Blanchett enjoyed her experience on the project, there was one aspect of her time on set that sometimes got in the way of her performance. Talking to E! News, she noted that it was difficult to convey Hela's intimidating nature in a motion capture suit. In addition to this, she pointed out that the material was not exactly comfortable to wear in Australian weather.
Fortunately that was the only issue she had on set and she even pointed out that she was not the only cast member with a somewhat inconveniencing costume.
