Rotten Tomatoes: 0% Somewhat hilariously, star and driving creative force Kirk Cameron responded to his film's 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes by insisting that all of his fans (and those who he imagined actually enjoyed the film) add their own reviews to the site to affect a "true" reflection of how good it was:
"Help me storm the gates of Rotten Tomatoes. All of you who love Saving Christmas go rate it at Rotten Tomatoes right now and send the message to all the critics that WE decide what movies we want our families see."
Somewhat inevitably, that reach-out resulted in an even worse backlash for the blinkered, evangelical garbage as users flocked to the film's review page to further condemn it. Sample Review:
