11. Truth Or Dare

Horror movies can be dumb and boring - it's to be expected when there are so many churned out every year looking to capture the fear dollars, but Truth Or Dare manages to tick both of those boxes a little TOO successfully.

It's another of those horrors limited both by its rating (PG-13) and its struggle to balance a correct tone, taking itself way too seriously and trying desperately hard to ape Final Destination only without any of the same sort of imagination. Had it been a little more self-aware, it all might have worked, but the only comedy here is unintentional and all of the brief flashes of inspiration and innovation are under-nourished and over-shadowed by the obnoxiously stupid script.

Not one to remember, to say the least.
