17. Violator (Spawn)
Violator AKA The Clown was a powerful demon who initially acted as Spawn's guide, setting him on the path to evil. But when Spawn resisted and the two came to blows, we really got to see his power. He transformed in to a giant, even more demonic form and easily beat the very powerful Spawn down. He displayed massive superhuman strength and durability to the extent that he could pretty much resist any physical form of attack (apart from the ultimate decapitation that finished him off). It is only the fact that this depiction lacked a wide array of esoteric powers that sees him placed as low as he is in this list.
