Tun (Ananda Everingham) is in a different category to most of the other characters on this list, as he very much brought his fate upon himself. 

A photographer, Tun loses several close friends to suicide and finds himself being haunted by a ghost, one that resembles a now-deceased girlfriend he had at college. He's also being troubled by severe neck pains, and when he weighs himself early on, his body weight is suddenly double what it was before.

The reason? The ghost of his ex-girlfriend, Natre (Achita Sikamana), has been sitting on his shoulders all this time, which he only discovers when a photograph is taken of him. The shock causes Tun to fall out of a window, and he's last seen in hospital, with Natre's ghost still sitting on him. She'll probably never leave. 

But why was Natre haunting Tun? Well, after he ended their relationship, Tun's close friends assaulted Natre as a group, and Tun not only failed to help her but also photographed the event. So, quite frankly, he got exactly what he deserved. Karma is a bi**h, especially if you're a horror movie character.
