12. Ricky To Mel Gibson: "What The F*** Does Sugar T***s Even Mean?"
Ricky comes out to the stage and mentions his previous jokes made at the expense of Mel Gibson, and then says that he has the awkward duty of now introducing the man. Gervais then blames NBC for the mess, and hilariously quips that "Mel blames...we know who Mel blames" (referring to his anti-Semitic rant), and that "Mel's forgotten all about it apparently...that's what drinking does." That's not even the end of it: he continues, "I'd rather have a drink in his hotel room with him tonight than Bill Cosby." Gibson finally comes to the stage and Gervais grabs his beer, at which point Gibson says, "I love seeing Ricky once every three years because it reminds me to get a colonoscopy." Gervais then asks Mel, "Can I ask you a question?...What the f*** does sugar t*** even mean?", in reference to his infamous outburst to the female police officer who arrested him back in 2006. Gibson's response? "I dunno, ask the guy who said it: it wasn't me." It was a great back and forth, so can we just let Gibson get on with his career now? He's done plenty of apologising and self-mockery over the years.
