5. Have Some Candy, Charlie Brown
During one famous scene the kids are all checking their goody bags to see what treats they've been given by the adults whose homes they've visited. In typical Charlie Brown fashion our hero has not been given the usual candy. Instead Charlie Brown has a bag filled with rocks unable to break his bad luck streak even wearing a disguise. That was pretty typical of the perfectly spherical headed youngster though. Nothing ever seemed to go his way. As such people almost always felt sorry for him. But one year a bunch of American kids took the pity to a whole new level and actually mailed sweets and other gifts to the CBS studio in Charlie's name.
