50 Most Anticipated Movies Of 2015 - Ranked

26. Furious 7

Sure to be one of the more unexpectedly emotional blockbusters of 2015, Furious 7 is destined to be remembered for retiring Paul Walker's Brian O'Conner character following his tragic death in November of last year. Walker's sudden death presented huge challenges to the production, which had already shot a significant portion of Walker's scenes and as such had to reconfigure the plot to find a way for O'Conner to exit, while utilising body doubles, Walker's own brothers and CGI to make the whole thing seem semi-coherent. Even if it's a mess, though, audiences and critics alike will probably go somewhat easy on the movie given how impossible a task director James Wan has been given. From the trailer released so far, the action looks to retain the requisite insanity from Justin Lin's previous work on the franchise, and, well, it's got The Rock firing a gigantic machine gun in the middle of a street: what the Hell more could you possibly want? Release Date: April 3rd
