With Skyfall posting an insane $1bn-plus at the box office (making it easily the most successful Bond flick of all time), it's unsurprising that Eon were keen to strike while the iron is hot and hopefully serve up another delicious spy flick, with Sam Mendes crucially returning to direct Daniel Craig once again. Little is known about the plot so far, though it will follow Bond as he comes face to face with Spectre, an organisation believed to be linked to Quantum from Craig's first two Bond flicks. The cast is simply magnificent: Christoph Waltz plays Franz Oberhauser (widely believed to be a cover name for Blofeld), while Dave Bautista plays his muscled henchman Mr. Hinx, and Lea Seydoux, Monica Bellucci, Andrew Scott are added to a cast including the returning likes of Ralph Fiennes, Naomi Harris, Ben Whishaw, Rory Kinnear, and most interestingly, Jesper Christensen (who played Mr. White in Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace). Can Spectre live up to the brilliance of Skyfall, or will it be another Quantum? Release Date: October 23rd
