The first image of Jesse Eisenberg featured his Lex Luthor sporting a bald head and what seemed to be a prison jumpsuit. At the time, the majority of fans assumed it was merely a promotional image and that Warner Bros. would never be foolish enough to spoil his ultimate fate with a photo released at such an early stage in production. Well, the action figure above confirms that Lex is indeed destined to end up behind bars. Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman putting an end to Lex's schemes is hardly a surprise, but for him to not get away with it (as he has done so many times in the comic books) is baffling. We are after all talking about the bad guy who managed to become President of the United States, so him enacting a plan to kill Superman which so horribly backfires on him doesn't say much for how good of a villain Lex will end up being! The chains on Lex are interesting though as they definitely point to him having done something really bad to warrant such harsh treatment. Lex ending up being arrested may also go some way in explaining the character's long rumoured cameo in Suicide Squad; could Amanda Waller at some point ask him to use his expertise on metahumans and become part of Task Force X? That would make his jail time more exciting...
