8 Actors Who Walked Out On Famous Movies
3. Adam Driver - Marriage Story
Switching gears slightly, this next walk out didn't technically go down in a movie theatre or in the thick of a flick being screened in its entirety. But it still came about due to a star not being on board with what was being displayed in front of them against their own will.
Known to not exactly be the biggest fan of watching or listening to himself performing in just about anything he's appearing in, Adam Driver once swiftly fled from a US radio interview after an ill-advised attempt to get him to sit through his rendition of Being Alive from the Netflix hit that was Marriage Story.
Hilariously when commenting on Driver's abrupt departure, NPR's executive producer Danny Miller told Variety:
"We don't really understand why he left... We knew from our previous interview with Adam Driver that he does not enjoy listening back to clips of his movies (that isn't unusual, a lot of actors feel that way)."
So, you knew an actor didn't enjoy listening back to clips from his movies and proceeded to play one to him anyway? And were still shocked to see him flee the scene? Angry Driver face, indeed.
