David S Goyer has a lot of interesting production credits on his CV for upcoming projects, with Terminator: Dark Fate and long-gestating The Sandman adaptation standing out particularly. He's also now added Rogue to his slate, according to Deadline.

The announcement report calls the actioner "in the spirit of Die Hard" and confirms that it follows a deep-cover CIA operative on the longest night of her life. Goyer will produce with Ratchet & Clank writer TJ Fixman creating and writing the script.

So far, details are limited, but the world is absolutely ready for more action movies in the vein of Die Hard - particularly with a female lead.
