7. Getting Out Of The Game - Predators
The third instalment of the Predator series finds a group of killers and assassins stranded on a planet used by the predators as a hunting ground. Predators was an attempt to kickstart the series back to life and while an enjoyable b-movie, it was too much of a remake of the original movie to stand out as anything special. Except in the way it tried to convince the audience that Adrian Brody is a gruff talking badass.
The film ends with Brody and his female sniper friend as the only survivors having killed all the predators. There's no time for coffee and biscuits though, as they look to the sky to see more humans and aliens being parachuted in for the next round of the games. Brody vows to find a way off the planet, and they prepare themselves for another round of alien smackdowns.
The outcome will never be known though as that potential series was killed in its tracks.
