If she could gaze into the future, she might have seen that life would be a breeze.
After playing Olivia on The Cosby Show from the age of three, Raven enjoyed moderate success with various film and music projects. However, her big break came in 2003 when she was cast in the lead role of That's So Raven. The sitcom about a teen with psychic powers was an unprecedented hit for Disney and ran for much longer than any other Disney Channel series at the time.
She later became a Cheetah Girl (remember them?) and became a panellist on daytime chat show The View. She starred on Broadway in Sister Act and in the last few years has come full circle, with her new Disney show Raven's Home.
Raven has done okay for herself, especially when compared to co-star Orlando Brown who has been repeatedly arrested on drug and assault charges.
It's no wonder Disney didn't call him about the spin-off.
