2. Krypton Premiere Date
DC has been just as active with small-screen projects as cinematic ones, and Krypton is the latest fruits of its labours in this medium.
We've already seen teaser footage from the Superman TV prequel, which is set around 200 years before the Man of Steel's birth, but SyFy is expected to offer a closer look at the show and likely narrow down a premiere date at Comic-Con.
Krypton follows Superman's grandfather, Seg-El, around 200 years before his homeworld is destroyed as he attempts to reclaim his shamed family's honour and unite the planet.
SyFy is yet to confirm whether the show will tie in with the other small screen DC shows, but given its timeframe, that's probably inconsequential anyway.
And speaking of other DC shows, Fox is planning to offer an update on its Gotham plans, while the CW is holding events based around its numerous series in San Diego.
