7. Bring More Popular Characters Into The Fold
The attention is on Marvel right now because one of its most famous characters has "come home" - could DC be bold enough to throw another major character, or characters, into the mix of its own planned movie universe? Its not totally unlikely, though it could seem like a knee-jerk reaction, considering the DC movie-verse line-up until 2020 is already pretty packed. Highly ambitiously so, in fact - at the moment the plan is to give just over a dozen rebooted DC characters by just 2017; whether Warner Bros can afford to take such a creative and financial gamble within the space of two years is debatable. Yet rumours are constantly flying about other characters that might be set to join, and who knows, maybe the announcement that TVs Green Arrow is coming into the Justice League fold or that Guillermo del Toro is coming to Warner Bros to make that Justice League Dark film could be the story to bring the attention back to DC.
