A Bad Moms Christmas Review: 3 Ups & 6 Downs

3. Kathryn Hahn & Christine Baranski Steal The Show
Kathryn Hahn was the easy show-stealer of the first movie, and once again she gets many of the sequel's best moments, particularly a subplot in which she becomes infatuated with a hunky fireman-stripper, played by Justin Hartley.
Arguably topping her fine work, however, is the ever-brilliant Christine Baranski, who isn't especially convincing as Mila Kunis' mother in a physical sense, but nevertheless brings her typical acerbic snobbery to the table in highly entertaining fashion.
She's clearly game for putting herself out there and is having a lot of fun, even if the script could've undeniably made much better use of her overall.
Still, she perks up the movie every time she's on-screen, making even some of the lesser scenes decidedly more tolerable.
