Alien Saga: 12 Awesome Replicas Every Mega-Fan Should Own

5. Ripley

Ripley Bust Now this one, for me, is a little bit special. I won€™t say it is easy to make a replica of an Alien Warrior or Facehugger, but the fact that they were created for the movies €“ as these were the days before full-blown CGI €“ means that obviously they can be recreated faithfully with a certain level of skill. Humans are a whole different ball game. As Madame Tussards, and their other incarnations, have proved, recreating a human takes something really special and can often go horribly wrong. Therefore, this bust of Alien heroine Ellen Ripley €“ ie. Sigourney Weaver €“ is just a treasure to behold. Life-sized and based on the original 1979 movie, this is a one-off piece that will never find its way onto your window sill. Made out of silicone by Steve Scott€™s Sculpting Studios, this is my personal joint favourite of all the replicas here.
