4. Ash
I think it is Lance Henriksons Bishop that is probably best remembered as the android from the Alien Saga, but it is the one part of the Alien world that seems to be short when it comes to replicas. However, in Alien, Ian Holm played the original android, Ash, who was ultimately responsible for the Xenomorph entering the Nostromo and therefore also responsible for giving us a film at all.
Although this is not the greatest replica on this list, and certainly a long way from the amazing Ripley bust, this fan-made eBay discovery, which to me deserves praise purely for being instantly recognisable as Ash, does take a lot of skill for anyone whether they are part of a huge prop making company or just a film buff wanting to have something to be proud of.
