All The Warner Bros. Films Coming To HBO Max In 2021

Ah, Dune, the almost impenetrable, yet mind blowing sci-fi novel that's often spoken of in the same reverent tones as the works of Shakespeare and the Bible.

If you're not a big reader (or just not up for 500 pages of mythology and technobabble), then maybe this film is the one for you.

Directed by Denis Villeneuve, who's already proven he's the master of adapting works with his take on Blade Runner, Dune stars Timothee Chalamet as Paul Atriedes, the protagonist and heir to Arrakis, a giant sand planet populated by nomadic Fremen, evil, corporate spies and giant worms.

Oh, and apparently the planet makes you a drug addict too. Fun stuff.

The film also stars heavy hitters like Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac and Josh Brolin, as well as Zendaya as Chani, Paul's Fremen love interest.

So if giant, maneating sandworms and blue eyed spice addicts sounds like your thing, Dune is coming to HBO Max for the entire month of October. And if you're already a fan of the original work, be sure not to nitpick over every Bene Gessirit reference. Or do, you'll be in the comfort of your own home, after all.
