4. Kang Gets BODIED
Perhaps the single most divisive aspect of the entire movie is that Kang ends up getting positively bodied at the end.
Though he puts up a hefty fight against Scott, he's ultimately defeated and seemingly killed when Scott and Hope destroy the power core, just as Hope kicks Kang into it, causing him to be dragged into the void and seemingly wiped out of existence.
Given that Quantumania was Kang's true coming-out party, it was certainly an odd choice to have him get curb-stomped at the end.
And while of course the entire point of Kang is that he has a basically infinite number of variants who will terrorise the Avengers, for general audiences who don't know too much about him, it does rather make him look like a soft touch compared to, say, Thanos (Josh Brolin).
