The biggest spoiler for the entire film was also one of the first to hit the net. With the arc of Age Of Ultron bearing significant similarities with Frankenstein's story, it's no surprise that the relationship of creator/creation is going to play a major part. Not only will Ultron and Tony Stark clash with added venom - as well as Stark being held accountable by others for unwittingly creating him - but Ultron and Vision will also clash. And according to a leaked call sheet, that dynamic culminates in Vision killing his creator in the woods outside of Von Strucker's fortress: which presumably book-ends the film.
