Avengers: Age Of Ultron - 10 Characters From The Comic Arc Who'll Be Missed

1. Wolverine

Who Is He? Again, you all know who Wolverine is, but let's stick with protocol. He is James Howlett, also known as Logan - a mutant born with a powerful regenerative healing factor that allows him to recover from even the most horrific injuries. He possesses six retractable claws - three on each hand - that he can use as deadly weapons, as well as an animalistic sense of smell and danger. He has lived for many years - and fought in many historic wars - thanks to his delayed ageing. He went through a procedure that saw the indestructible metal adamantium bonded to his skeleton - including his claws - which made him incredibly durable and far more dangerous offensively, as he can now slice through almost anything (strength-permitting). Why He'll Be Missed Along with Hank Pym, Wolverine is the most important character in the Age of Ultron comic book arc. He is tasked with heading back in time to kill Pym before he ever gets the chance to create Ultron - which he does, despite Pym using his giant form to defend himself. He soon realises, however, after travelling back to the "present", that Pym's death did nothing to help the overall fate of the Earth, and goes back in time once more to prevent himself from killing Ultron's creator. Wolverine is famously owned by Fox and is the star face in the ongoing X-Men series. A lot of people would love to see him in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but that particular scenario is a long, long way off. So there you have it - ten characters from the Age of Ultron comic book arc who'll be missed in the Age of Ultron movie. Do you agree that these characters will be missed? Which other characters who appeared in the comic book arc of the same name, who aren't going to be in the movie, would be good to see in the live action version?
