6. Bruce Banner

If you'd been paying attention to what Mark Ruffalo said around Thor: Ragnarok's release, you'd have noticed he basically confessed that his story was finished with Endgame. He said he had an interesting three movie arc that would culminate in Endgame, which probably suggests he's not long for this world.

There's also the issue that Marvel don't seem able to make individual Hulk movies either, which probably makes it easier just to retire him for now.

How He Could Die

Back in The Avengers, we got a look at the one thing that Bruce Banner wants beyond all else: a child. It was a subtle moment, but his absent-minded rocking of the cradle in his very first scene as he talked about people not getting what they want sometimes said a lot.

What if Thanos offered him the chance of that? He has the reality stone after all and he could appeal to Banner to "cure" him of the Hulk as part of Banner's arc of coming to some balance with his angrier alter-ego. And you wouldn't put it past Thanos to simply kill Bruce off after using the Reality Stone to split the Hulk from him...

What Might Save Him?

Hulk is basically invincible so he has the powers to survive most things. He probably couldn't fight off anything relating to the Reality Stone though, which makes him vulnerable to Thanos at the very least.

He also has lots of his own stories that are ripe for adaptation if Marvel can get around the rights issues.
