7. Nebula

Nebula has been living on borrowed time since Guardians Of The Galaxy. The secondary villain from that movie was initially intended to be killed off as the Guardians gathered themselves to fight Ronan, but she was given a reprieve, thankfully. That has meant we've got to see much more of her interesting story with her strange family, so it was the right decision.

She's still in a precarious position though because she's so personally invested in the death of Thanos and Marvel's previous fixation on terrible fathers might well map out how she'd best die.

How She Could Die

There's a lot to be said for Nebula attempting to stand up to Thanos and him simply killing her without any feeling. The contrast between her and Gamora in Thanos' eyes would most perfectly be tied up by him not giving her a second thought as an enemy after his sacrifice of her sister broke him. It would also be a great way to remind everyone how big a deal Thanos still is, even without the Gauntlet coming into the equation.

What Might Save Her?

She's already been through a lot and killing her would be pretty cruel. She might also be in James Gunn's script for Guardians Vol 3, given that the idea of a villain joining the crew was a great one and it's not like Yondu can now...
