Yes, she has her own movie coming up, but there's a pretty big suggestion that that could actually be a prequel focusing on her time in the Red Room once more rather than extending her story. There's not much in her story that needs to be told that wouldn't be better told in the prequel.

More crucially, Natasha says she has red in her ledger and her agenda is to absolve herself. The only way to do that, truly, is for her to die in the service of saving people.

How She Could Die

Like it or not, the battles in Endgame need some deaths that are more incidental than the ones by Thanos' own hand. There's a big suggestion that the Avengers facility is attacked by Thanos and the Outriders and it would be a great moment for Widow if she stood her ground and took a last stand to allow her fellow heroes to escape.

What Might Save Him?

Basically, if her solo movie isn't a prequel, she's definitely not dying.
