4. Hawkeye

Hawkeye's story is about to get an awful lot more interesting in Endgame because he's lost his family and taken on his edgier Ronin aesthetic from the comics - complete with "I mean business" haircut and everything.

His agenda will be to save or avenge his family beyond all else and the idea of him being a hot-headed character marked by such tragedy slots him in with the other characters with personal vendettas in the MCU. In case you haven't paid attention, they invariably die or are defeated in some way.

How He Could Die

Though Captain America said "we don't trade lives," the idea of Hawkeye laying his life down to allow his family to live on makes sense, particularly if he's spent the time since Infinity War forgetting who he was. Ultimately, he might be revived by the jump back in time to before the snap, but it wouldn't be at all surprising if he died before that point too.

What Might Save Him?

The fact that he has a family for a start, but also that he's spent so much of the MCU with a deadmeat target over his head. It would almost be an act of defiance for him to die in Endgame.
