Avengers Endgame: 5 Things You Didn't Know About Ronin

1. Hawkeye Has Had Many Identites Over The Years

Unlike most Marvel heroes, Clint Barton has gone by a comparatively large amount of identities over the years.

Obviously, Hawkeye and Ronin are his most well-known monikers, even if the latter was only used doe such a short while.

However, the character has also gone by two other names: the Golden Archer and Goliath.

It's understandable why you wouldn't have heard of the first of those, due to how Barton only used the identity for one story, disguising as the z-list villain in order to remind Captain America that he's a good hero.

The Goliath moniker is one you're more likely to have heard of though, probably through Laurence Fishburne's character in Ant-Man and the Wasp, who portrayed Bill Foster - the more famous version of Goliath.

During this time, Barton ditched traditional weapons in favour of Hank Pym's superpower-providing particles, something which he stuck with for a surprisingly long amount of time.

So, just remember, there's more to Clint Barton than Hawkeye and Ronin.
