4. Vision

Cause of Death: Mind Stone destroyed (twice).

Vision is the only character in Infinity War who suffers the indignity of dying twice, once for a noble cause and once again by less heroic means.

Scarlet Witch ends up killing Vision the first time by using her powers to destroy the Mind Stone, but Thanos quickly uses the Time Stone to bring Vision back to life. At this point, the Mad Titan effortlessly casts Scarlet Witch aside, grabs Vision and rips the Mind Stone out of his head.

As if that's not horrifying enough, Vision's corpse is basically a grey, withered shell and looks suitably revolting. He also might end up being the only third-act Avenger death that isn't undone.
