Batman V Superman: 9 Major Concerns From The New Trailer

4. Yeah, There Really Is Too Much Going On

Okay, so there's been a lot of concern about this particular aspect over the last few months, with many fans voicing their worries with regards to Batman V Superman having "too much going on." Whilst these concerns have been shut down on numerous occasions, by both the filmmakers involved and fans who have made it their mission to defend BvS, this trailer really does confirm everyone's worst fears. There is too much going on, people. It's totally futile to pretend otherwise now. Not only do we have a plot featuring Batman and Superman coming to blows, there are also stories involving Superman being deemed a liability, Batman as a dangerous vigilante in Gotham, Lex Luthor masterminding and manipulating a bunch of people while also creating another villain, Wonder Woman showing up - not to mention all the other subplots involving Lois Lane, Alfred Pennyworth, and a bunch of other secondary characters. It's the most jam-packed blockbuster ever, and in this trailer's unveiling of the Doomsday plotline, Batman V Superman officially asserts itself as a film with way too many threads.
