The 6' 5 Social Network star is also someone perma-linked with the role of Batman, perhaps due to the fact he was cast in the cancelled 2007 Justice League flick. He's imposing, handsome and like Cavill, a young rising star, who was also considered for Clark in Man in Steel; he apparently ruled himself out of the running to play Batman, claiming he wasn't a fan of superhero movies - "If you have a guy who is supposed to be invulnerable, then what's the point?" - but would he really turn down such a huge role? This is the kind of part that would propel him to superstardom. If Affleck does leave the project though, would the 27-year-old mature enough to fill his shoes? That's another question entirely. He may have the presence and the look, but is he capable of playing a ruthless anti-hero?
