As Cap continues to wrestle with his own demons - as personified with not quite enough elegance in Sam Wilson's job as a PTSD counsellor - he goes to visit Peggy, who is now incredibly old (and in very convincing aged make-up) and infirm. As he emotively talks to Peggy, he calls back to the heart-wrenching moment just before he headed into the big freeze in the first movie, and everyone suddenly realises he was robbed of all that he loved. And there's something in everyone's eyes. Where To Watch Out For It When Cap visits Peggy early on and everyone in the audience thinks about hot Chris Evans making out with the old lady from Titanic.
