Captain America: Civil War - 10 Biggest Potential Losers
4. Iron Man
Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist... Tony Stark has it all. And yet there is no denying the fact that Civil War is set to take its toll on Iron Man. It will without a doubt prove to be his greatest challenge yet, as he finds himself positioned against the leader of the Avengers - a group that he himself helped to lead and finance. To kick off with the obvious, then: Iron Man stands to lose a ton of respect during the course of Civil War, as the world's superheroes will either come to his aid or turn against him. Despite his arrogance, Tony Stark is a likeable chap, but Civil War could bring out the worst in him - there's a chance that Iron Man will embrace a more villainous persona than ever before. The world itself respects Stark, but this could all change when the first punch flies. Next up, it seems sensible to suggest that Stark will lose a ton of friends in the process; being involved in an inter-superhero battle is one thing, but will his relationships remain the same when the battle is over? Most likely not. Despite their bickering, it's sad to think that Tony Stark and Steve Rogers - once valuable allies - will likely destroy their partnership. Ultimately, Tony has an extensive fallback network, tons of cash and enough superheroes on his side to ensure he's left with something when the dust settles. But nobody wins this, and he's no exception to the rule. Can the world re-learn to trust Iron Man after a Civil War?
