6. Ant-Man
Theres a joke going around that Ant-Man actually did feature in trailer as a microscopic dot on Captain Americas shoulder. It's not actually official, although even if he did appear in ant form during the trailer, thats not exactly a featured appearance for Marvel's newest hero. Like Black Widow and Hawkeye, Ant-Man featured prominently in the D23 trailer, but was nowhere to be found here. In fact, he was the highlight of that trailer, hilariously capping it off by awkwardly meeting Captain America. Oh my god, Captain America, its an honour, he gushed as he continued to shake his hand, I know you know a lot of super people, so thanks for thinking of me. It bears repeating that theres only so much room for everyone to get screen time in a two minute long trailer. Ant-Man likely isnt essential to the plot and, for now at least, it appears theyre to trying to sell the dourness of the film as opposed to its humour.
