Just as Sharon Carter's "plant yourself' speech reattributes a key speech to another character, Spider-Man gets to give a version of his own Uncle Ben's "with great power comes great responsibility..." speech.

In the film Spider-Man actually mentions that if people with great power don't take responsibility, then people get hurt, turning his uncle's advice on Stark.
