8. Batwoman - Evan Rachel Wood
While Matt Reeves' Batman seems to be going full steam ahead, there is the argument that the Dark Knight himself needs a break before returning to the big screen. A character that could easily fill this potential shadowy hole would be Bruce Wayne's cousin, Kate Kane, AKA Batwoman.
The character recently made an appearance in the Arrowverse, though Ruby Rose's performance as the hero was rather lacklustre, meaning that there is more than enough room for a second on-screen version.
If the Flash and Superman can have more than one portrayal, then why not Batwoman too?
As for who should play the character, Evan Rachel Wood would be a fantastic pick, her role in Westworld proving simply how good she would be in such a leading part.
