DCEU: 21 In-Development Movies Ranked From Most To Least Likely

11. Justice League Dark

Justice League Dark
DC Comics

Chances Of It Happening: 6/10

Originally set to be helmed by Guillermo Del Toro, Justice League Dark - which would feature some of the DC Universe's more supernatural-focused members - has been stuck in development hell for around five years.

Several directors have been and gone, the script has been worked and reworked, and overall, the status of the project is not entirely clear. There are rumours that Peter Jackson - yes, the Peter Jackson - may direct, but this aside, Justice League Dark is very firmly in limbo.

The only thing that gives us hope the movie is still being made is the fact that, like Green Lantern Corps, Justice League Dark has a title card, which was also revealed at the Comic-Con Experience in Sao Paulo.

Does that mean the movie is 100-percent happening? No. Does it mean it's still being developed? Yes. It seems like Warner Bros do want to make Justice League Dark, but they just need to lock down a director with a strong vision first.

In 2022, he took charge of WhoCulture and has grown it into the biggest Doctor Who channel on YouTube, and one of the biggest Doctor Who communities on the web full-stop. He has been writing and video editing since his early teens, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers, off the back of a burning obsession with the Matt Smith era of the show.
