DCEU: 21 In-Development Movies Ranked From Most To Least Likely

19. Wonder Woman 2

Deathstroke Harley Quinn

Chances Of It Happening: 10/10

Though it's still just in the development stage, the astronomical success of last year's Wonder Woman guarantees that its sequel will see the light of day, whether Aquaman bombs or the DCEU collapses altogether.

Currently being written by Dave Callaham, Geoff Johns and Patty Jenkins (who'll also direct), Wonder Woman 2 is scheduled for release in November 2019. Plot details are currently unknown, but Jenkins has mentioned it'll be "totally different" (via ET) to the first film, and it's strongly rumoured to be taking place in the 1980s.

The sequel will reportedly start filming this summer, with Gal Gadot starring as the Amazonian warrior once again.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
